In a singing circle the power of music and the power of community are combined: singing is a meditation, a sound bath for the entire nervous system, as the music vibrates with the water in our bodies, helping us feel relaxed and connected.
This women’s singing circle is for HER voice, we work energetically to open and soften the channel of the voice… and then we sing.
Women of all ages are welcome - when we get together to sing, we always sing for ourselves as well as for the collective; past, present and future. Our ancestors are behind us and the daughters and granddaughters are in front of us!
You are warmly invited for an afternoon of magical music, sound & silence. Diana & Jeska will guide the circle with their voices, accordion & guitar.
